In the meantime you may wish to:
- Create new dashboard credentials for us to access your site. You can use the email [email protected] as the user email address. These credentials can be added from Dashboard > Users > Add New.
- Dig out your hosting information. We will most likely need FTP/database access to your website to check through the filesystem. Also, many hosts provide backup solutions which we can access from your hosting control panel.
- Download the latest backups that you have for your site if you can. We will already create backups during the migration process but for your own peace of mind, you can never have too many backups!
Don’t worry if you’re having trouble doing any of these steps, once we get in touch we can walk you through it.
