In the meantime you may wish to:
- Create new dashboard credentials for us to access your site. These credentials can be added from Dashboard > Users > Add New. The credentials can be deleted later once the site is fixed.
- Dig out your hosting information. We will most likely need FTP/database access to your website to check through the filesystem. Also, many hosts provide backup solutions which we can access from your hosting control panel.
- Download the latest backups that you have for your site.
Don’t worry if you’re having trouble doing any of these steps, once we get in touch we can walk you through it. A copy of this message has also been sent your email address.
